Today I got the problem that CloudNet starts server(s) which there minOnlineCount was set to 0. The cloud was offline I changed the minOnlineCount manually in the files and then I started the cloud again. The info command of the CloudNet-Master tells me that the minOnlineCount is set to 0 but the cloud still starts servers. That problem was not only with my group "SkyWars" also with "BedWars" and "SGFFA".
Main informations: The (Minecraft) servers are running on Paper 1.16.3, I got java 11 and my operating system is Linux, Debian 10.

The min amount is basicly for priority, if you set it to 0, it will only start, when all the other servers reached their min amount. If you dont want the server to start, set the max amount to 0.
Im not sure if this is all true, but it would explain the whole thing.
