Description:

The Privacy and Terms of Service (TOS) anchor links on the participation page have insufficient color contrast. The measured contrast ratio is 2.95, which is below the WCAG 2 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. This makes these links difficult to see for users with low vision.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the participation page (e.g. https://pol.is/4cvkai2ctw)
2. Inspect the Privacy and TOS anchor links using a browser's developer tools or a color contrast analyzer.

Expected Behavior:

The anchor links should have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 with the background.

Actual Behavior:

The anchor links have a contrast ratio of 2.95, failing WCAG 2 AA guidelines.
