Searching for 430 e phil elena brings back results for 430 E PHIL ELLENA ST as does 430 e phil-ellena, but 430 e phil-elena does not. This was seen in the 404 logs for Property Search.

@phaedratinder @Alexander-M-Waldman This is an odd one -- it's actually a historic landmark and should have a hyphen (though it does look like a guy named Phil 😂)
