Usando el clock externo en 25Mhz, core en 120, APB1 en 30Mhz,
el SPI deja de funcionar correctamente, también el USB, puede ser un problema en los traces del cristal hacia los caps de 15pF,

ver hasta cuanto se puede estirar APB1 sin que rompa el spi y volver a habilitar el usb
