DSM 7.1 error

I try Credential Reset in DSM .7.1
I receiving error message

Stopping PMS

1. Are you running as 'root' ? (sudo)
2. What happens when you stop PMS (you must be root)

Yow can I stop PMS with command?

If I stop PMS in Synology I recive this errot
Getting new credentials from Plex.tv
ERROR: Could not get credentials from plex.tv (Error: 60)

I think claim trouble was my notebook. I solved it with my desktoi PC

Be advised..

DSM 7.1.1 update 7 is breaking many packages.

DO NOT uninstall Plex. If you do, you will not be able to reinstall it. Package Center is broken.
Advise you wait.
