Issues on 4k resolution LG OLED TV

Maximizing windows with a top crop of 70 pixels seems to work but creates a large blue bar at the top of windows.

Maximizing windows with a bottom crop of 1 pixel is more like half the screen.

Perhaps need to fix for different resolution changes?

I have a same problem with windows 10, resolution 1920 x 1080 with display scale 125%.

Maximizing windows with bottom and right set 1px is like half the screen, the rest is okay.

Try that, do note it will not work with the store version.
