Pull request overview
Updates the Code of Conduct enforcement reporting instructions to direct reporters to the repository owner’s GitHub profile rather than the previously broken/blank contact reference.
Changes:
- Replaces the empty enforcement contact line with a GitHub profile link.
- Adds guidance to label the outreach as a Code of Conduct report.
