At the moment, even considering validating the transaction, I can make a Review Record using a real PoPR valid from a marketplace but I send the bitcoins to another wallet controlled by me when I pay.

We have the vendor address in the RR but not in the PoPR, so Chlu can't check if the funds were actually sent to the vendor
