Layer not clearing on clear data

The open weather layer function still remains the same nothing is happening when clearing the data, the layers remain on the screen.

@reve0716 - can you list the recreation steps? I am able to recreate the issue but I want to make sure that I cover your specific scenario as well.

1. Go into advanced serach and load a saved query. The Data should appear from the dataset.
2. Go into the weather layers icon, click on any layer e.g., Quantity of Preciptation, Sea level Pressure Temperature.
3. Click the clear data button.. when this occurs trhe only thing that clears on the screen is the dataset and the weather layer that I add remains on the screen.

Even If I don't select a data-set and just wanted to see the weather layers on the map once I click The Clear Data button, everything still remains.
