Issue with "+" commands using Debian 12 image #1

Apparently on several systems, hlds_run doesn't want to accept + commands.

The server application runs properly but inputting +map xxxxx won't work, just like +exec or any CVAR/Command.

A potential workaround was to move back from Debian 12 to Debian 8 once again, but I'd still appreciate a way to make that work on modern Debian systems.
