Ignore time schedule while charging (run condition option)

I have set a sync interval / time schedule as the run condition to save battery, but I don't need Syncthing Android to respect this interval while I am charging the device.

Could a setting to "ignore time schedule while charging" (charging := AC power) be added?

Note: this setting would specifically not be a "force run while charging setting", all other condititions besides the interval would still be respected

I am currently not into topics regarding the run condition engine as I am not using it myself and troubleshooting a permanent service in an Android ecosystem where Google's policies don't want that behaviour is cat and mouse fight. My focus lies on the main wrapper function, atm.
