Subject: [PATCH] README: clarify that we are talking about the original
 (#1281)

Clarify that we are talking about the original Syncthing Android app, and not this fork, as both repositories are called syncthing-android. Although that doesn't matter much with the official app being archived, and issues and PRs being restricted.
