QuickDoc Android only supports two sync providers : Google Drive and every NextCloud instances
However on desktop QuickDoc doesn't officially support cloud sync but has been specifically designed to work perfectly with preexisting sync client. So don't worry, you will easily be able to sync with your favorite provider.
