We should finish https://github.com/CanopyTax/bandicoot-starter

I have a fair amount of code locally that I could push to it, but it’s not finished. A starter repo, deployed to GitHub pages or something, is crucial for adoption of bandicoot.

@dvnrsn any interest in helping with this?

I just pushed all my code to bandicoot-starter. It's incomplete. Feel free to start making PR's there. We should also set up github pages for it.
