  1. 카페마다 마스터 ID를 가지고 있어야 한다. (카페 ID에 대응되는 마스터ID를 알 수 있어야 한다)
  2. 마스터 ID로 운영 중인 카페 목록을 가져올 수 있어야 한다.

카페 정보 수정

  1. 각 카페들의 정보를 통해 카페 메뉴 API를 통해 변경할 수 있다.
  2. 각 카페의 ID와 마스터 ID를 통해 혼잡도 API를 사용할 수 있다.
  3. 카페의 ID와 마스터 ID로 카페 API를 사용할 수 있다. 주소나 이름을 변경할 수 있다.
