Summary:
Apparently the USF Bull Runner Route F is changing in configuration so the Park Avenue Apartments near MOSI will no longer be served, effective at the start of Fall 2019 semester.
The GTFS data will need to be updated at https://github.com/CUTR-at-USF/bullrunner-gtfs-realtime-generator/blob/master/bullrunner-gtfs.zip
