Data from individual users on the mobile app should be transferred to the coaching dashboard so the coach can view them

• Successful push notifications from coaching dashboard to mobile app.
• Works when app is foreground, app is background, and app is killed.
• Update Expo to 51 and other dependencies.
• Removed expo/webpack-config that wasn't being used and caused errors during expo update
• Modified app.json

To Do:

• Add link to invite notifications to enable permissions to coaches.
