Spain Recovered has dropped to 0

on 05/19/2020, in time_series_covid19_recovered_global.csv, Spain is reported has having 0 recovered. It should be at least the previous day's value, 150376.

this is probably because JHU publishes spain as provinces only, but the recovery number is only available for the whole of spain: https://cnecovid.isciii.es/covid19/

data might have been depublished becaue of implausibilities, Pais Vasco and Cantabria had a negative number of active cases (recovered+deaths > confirmed)
