Got the solutions - While changing the network. Remove your sim from Xperia x10. And use it in another handet. After getting the network in that handset, remove the battery without switching of the handset. Now use that sim in Xperia X10. U will be now registered in new network.

While in roaming network shows no range but shows Network Provider name at bottom of Lock Screen. Cant call or receive messages.
