Accepting part_of or derives_from connections?

Hello, the ENCODE consortium is looking into using CLO to annotate some of our cell lines. We wondering if we requested some connections to be made to CL or UBERON for these cell lines, if they would be able to be reviewed and eventually incorporated into CLO? Is there a formal process for such a request we should follow?
