Problem statement

Maine has been live and needs to be updated on the SVG map and on the text list on ReportStream's public facing web page "Where We're Live."

What you need to know

Documented processes with instructions on creating a PR can be found in this SharePoint doc

Acceptance criteria

SVG map and text list show Maine as "live" on these pages:
- https://reportstream.cdc.gov/about/our-network

To do

Engr to create PR (see instructions)
Exp. engr to Review/QA the PR
