Assign a Floating IP
By attaching a Floating IP to your instance you can ssh into your vm from local machine.
Navigate to Project -> Compute Panel -> Instances
Next to Instance Name -> Click on More(far right) -> Choose Associate Floating IP
Choose an IP address from the drop down list.
Click on Associate.
You can see the floating IP listed under IP Address field.
