"Import project JSON" should be more available, like Open Recent is #53

Importing project JSON, currently under Create > Import, takes many steps to get to it and is mixed with "import" of notes data. It should be as easy to reach as Open Recent is, perhaps in that menu.

recent is recent in the current browser, whatever you have saved somewhere as JSON is not recordable in the recent list
