Tree Style Tab now showing up in Full Screen #3671

What happened?

Tree Style Tab shows normally when not in full screen.

After entering full screen, it does not appear even if enabled. And the issue from #3562 persists.

After disabling the tree-style tab, it shows like a normal browser,

Reproducible?

I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
