Windows Community Toolkit 引入了新的 SettingsControls 控件，在视觉上更符合 Fluent Design，而且在宽度很小时表现更好。遗憾的是它是 C# 写的，无法用 nuget 引入，我们需要把它移植成 C++。

现有的 SettingsCard 和 SettingsGroup 是从 PowerToys 移植的，PowerToys 早已迁移到 SettingsControls。
