Unify queries to device list

There is dut.Devlist and some methods on it. However, throughout the codebase there is the need to find a given device, a given command for a device, all commands for a given device. Sometimes only names of the mentioned entities, sometimes the entire object, find the main module of a given command, etc.

Add necessary methods and ensure a consistent utilization.
