Update 7z to latest version

Why isn't UE2's 7z updated to latest 23.01? It's still in 7z 19.00.
What I currently do, is update it myself and then use Windows folder permissions to deny the writing in the folder so it doesn't get updated, of course, this causes UE2 to think 7z is outdated and then fail, but it is better than having an old version.

So this is a request / question about it.

I guess 7z version shouldn't matter much in most situations, but latest version works fine just in case it's needed so I force it on my side.
