navbar with ocean based theme
Simple navbar designed using html and css.
*No Javascript used.
Here we can change the name to anything we like and add routings to it as I used anchor tags for displaying names so they're clickable.
Main concept used to navigate through the bubble is animation function.
Easy way of doing basic animation's and you can learn the rest from the given code itself.
