feature request Stacked view with folders view pane at the bottom

As the title says.

Because people usually pay more attention to the messages at the top, so messages at the bottom are not that important.
Part of that space could be used to display folders, or maybe just the current folder.

Yes, the original add-on had that, it was called "Stacked View reverted". Not really planned, though doable without much effort. Would you like to fund it?
