Pokemon Omega Ruby crashes when using cheats #495

Describe the bug
Enabling a Cheat and going to a different city or Town crashes the game/3DS

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Checkpoint
go on Omega Ruby and tap Cheats
Scroll down to Walk&run Speed x2 v1.4, enable it, save the cheats
exit Checkpoint
go ingame
press L, Down and Select together to go to rosalina menu and enable the cheat
change different town
See error

Expected behavior
The Game not crashing

Additional context
Happens with other cheats too, like Shiny pokemon when using Radar
