As of now every time I try to open the application it just wont open, even trying to run as admin does not do the trick. Using windows 10 if that matters. Tried uninstalling but cannot because it says its still running but do not see it in my task manager. Any ideas on what to do?

I abandoned SoundSwitch because it was inreliable.

I've picked up VoiceMeeter now which doesn't have the hot keys but allow me to switch pretty quickly.

What does voicemeeter do?

It's a virtual Audio Mixer - it takes a little learning but there are lots of YouTubes on how to use it.

You can set up hotkeys in VoiceMeeter to switch your sound. It supports 'Macros'

Read the manual on Macros. When you've found it. You can use:
This turns your A2 output off
Strip(3).A2 = 0

This turns your A2 output on
Strip(3).A2 = 1

So you can set up a macro which switched your A1 off and your A2 on
Strip(3).A1 = 0
Strip(3).A2 = 1

Strip(3) is the first Virtual I/O port and has all your system sounds.
