Steps to reproduce

  1. In the Settings for Windows 11, enable Dark mode
  2. Open RawTherapee

Expected behavior
The title bar should turn dark/black when Windows is set to Dark mode; instead, it remains white

Additional information

  • Version of RawTherapee: 5.11
  • Version of your operating system: Windows 11 23H2

RawTherapee lets the window manager draw the window decorations, so changing the title bar color may require OS-specific code. It doesn't seem possible to do it directly in GTK (see https://discourse.gnome.org/t/how-to-change-the-background-color-of-gtk-titlebar/5383/4). I'm not sure why Windows doesn't set the color automatically.
