以管理员身份打开可以跳转到浏览器，但是无法建立到 localhost:3001 服务器的连接。

使用的是最新的 v1.1.8 版本吗？exe 的执行目录下，会有一个 gin.log 的日志文件，看看能不能分享点错误信息
