island create/ delete fee

I asked in discord, there is no way to set up island create/ delete fee

we can only add eco remove command in gui, but it does not check whether player have sufficient money or not. So if i set fee of 1000 and eco remove 1000, a player with money 0 can still delete/create island without paying anything.

Therefore i would like to suggest to have a island creation/delete fee, which really check whether players have such money or not and block players to create/delete if they don't have enough money.
