Pasting "DIO" and "-" does not provide a valid preprocessing token)

Located in the configuration.h file
#define EXTRUDERS 1 i

When I want to do EXTRUDERS 2 I get the following error.

I get the same error. I wonder why.
There is a compilation error.
What should I do. Please help me.
