Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The next set of B2C support clouds are US Government, Germany, and China. However, currently, MSAL only supports US public cloud.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include *.b2clogin.us, *.b2clogin.cn, and *.b2clogin.de to the allowed domain list for b2c authorities.
