The function backends for SWA's were not functioning for a number of hours last night. There was no service degradation warning or update in the Azure Portal.
Expected behavior
We would like to know if the Azure SLA's apply also to SWA's.

We are running a number of very simple SWA's for our customers and for years now we are dealing with performance and reliability issues.
These are paid services (even though they are cheap) and every time we asked for a statement from Microsoft, they came back to us saying that the SWA platform can / should be used and they will prioritise reliability.
