Unable to deploy Static Web App

Describe the bug
There have been no changes to our CICD pipeline. Yet all of a sudden, we are receiving:
We are currently experiencing problems communicating with our content server. Please try again later or file an issue if this behavior continues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Deploy to Static Web App using AzureStaticWebApp@0

Expected behavior
Static Web App should be deployed successfully to Azure.

Additional context
Has been happening for ~12 hours.
