Multiple devices registration on dps using only iot-identity-service

Hello all,

I know it is possible to register a device using iot-identity-service without edge. However, I am still looking for the possibility to register multiple devices with a single iot-identity-service instance (without using iot-hub-sdk). Is this possible now or is planned to have it?
