Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes broken URLs for certificate registration, domain registration, and web service specifications in the Azure SDK specification listing. The changes address URL path corrections that were broken in a previous commit.
- Updates URL paths from "web/resource-manager" to separate service-specific paths
- Changes service categorization from "web" to appropriate service names
- Adds "AppService" subdirectory structure for Microsoft.Web entries
