Problem Statement
As part of the GeoDR changes introduced in #47133, the following packages were changed use local version overrides for the beta version until the GA packages are released:
- Azure.Messaging.EventHubs.Processor
- Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.EventHubs
