Similar to #19640.

openSUSE packagers release unofficial Azure CLI rpm packages from their own repository (https://software.opensuse.org/package/azure-cli):

  • openSUSE Leap 15.2 delivers 2.16.0
  • openSUSE Tumbleweed delivers 2.31.0

These packages are not maintained by Microsoft, outdated, and contain various bugs:

Since openSUSE packagers decides to distribute their own Azure CLI packages (#20839 (comment)), currently Microsoft doesn't support Azure CLI on openSUSE or its related systems.
