Generating CLI commands for Azure Resource Mover using codegen for latest feature changes

Description of Feature or Work Requested
Azure Resource Mover is an azure service which helps in moving resource across region in azure. The latest feature introduced with the swagger changes include the copying of tags and user managed identities associated with the resource. The latest feature changes also include introducing 'system-data' support for the resource types in azure resource mover.
