Describe the solution you'd like
ASC Defender policies (DINE) are now built-ins, hence we must:

  • Remove the custom ASC Defender policies from ESLZ
  • Update the custom ASC Defender initiative to point to the built-in policies
  • Update policy index in the repository
  • Update and reflect in ESLZ terraform module (@krowlandson )

Tagging Azure/terraform-azurerm-caf-enterprise-scale/issues/131 for visibility as I believe this is related and could provide part of the fix.
