What about if I want to segment frontend, backend and database subnets? #11

Your example has the following subnets:

Private endpoint subnet
App Service integration subnet
AppGW subnet

What if you want more security and seperate frontend, backend and database into the following subnets:

frontend subnet
backend subnet
database subnet

Lets say that:
frontend = app service (requires subnet delegation)
backend = app service (requires subnet delegation)
db = azure sql database

Let's say that the vnet is for multiple unrelated apps (not a dedicated vnet for a single app).

How would your subnets look then?
