Some regions, such as Iran, cannot access Telegram channels that have been flagged for spreading pornographic content.

I've noticed that on Ayugram-Desktop, if you click and hold on the profile picture of a blocked channel, you can actually view the channel in a small window and see the media posted. but it is not possible to open the channel by just clicking on the chat and open it. it will show you a warning saying this:

Since it is possible to view blocked channels by previewing them on Ayugram-Desktop, I believe it is also possible to implement bypassing the warning and access the channel.
