Create the PR for launching the feature.

This work will be shipped to the treatment_cumulative group in Experiment: Goals-First Holdout Version 2 (A/B/n Test) pbxNRc-4Pj-p2. This means 80% of users will receive this feature. Context: pet6gk-1Yy-p2#comment-1674

Checklist

  • Prepare a PR for launching Focused Launchpad
  • Make sure it will only be available in the treatment_cumulative group
