Currently, there is no easy means of accessing own's user profile, https://www.wordpress.com/users/${username}. One needs to find their own post in a feed, and click on their user avatar or author byline to navigate to their profile.

We should introduce a simple link somewhere prominent for easy access, such as in the top right dropdown:
