Quick summary

In Safari 16.5, when an Image block is added to a page/post, the Top Toolbar is rendered invisible, but is still clickable. An

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Safari 16.5
  2. Open a post and enable the Preferences > Top Toolbar
  3. Add a paragraph block and notice how the toolbar works fine
  4. Next add an image block

What you expected to happen

The top toolbar to remain visible as with other blocks.

What actually happened

The top toolbar disappears, but is still clickable. This problem carries over to other blocks on the page.
