File block also breaking layout grid borders

• Add layout grid
• Add file block into the left hand column

What you expected to happen

The block to stay within the column

What actually happened

The block spreads out into the next column next to it.

Notes: Was not able to replicate this on my test sites. I included trying to nest the Layout Grid inside of a Group block, and adjusting the widths of the columns to very narrow, but so far the File block has responded just like everything else.

@rickmgithub Are there any other details that need to be set for the Layout Grid block to recreate this issue? Are you able to replicate it still?
